Pathways with Purpose (2025)

Made possible through a federal grant and presented to educators from across South America at the AMISA LeadCon conference, this workshop focused on designing inclusive, future-ready student pathways. Participants explored strategies for developing multiple matriculation options that meet the diverse needs of all learners, including the creation and implementation of dual enrollment programs. Through collaborative planning and case-based discussion, educators examined how to align pathways with student interests, strengths, and postsecondary goals. The session placed particular emphasis on equity and access, supporting schools in building systems that ensure every student remains on track for a high school diploma while expanding opportunities for meaningful, personalized learning.
