American International School of Jeddah (2026 – )

I am excited to be partnering with the International School of Jeddah (AISJ) to design and facilitate a comprehensive, multi-layered professional learning experience supporting the launch of a schoolwide entrepreneurial learning initiative. This work has already begun with online strategy sessions and will include on-site engagement featuring strategic alignment with leadership, a hands-on pilot program design with Grade 5 and Grade 8 teachers, a community-focused parent workshop, and full-staff training on entrepreneurial mindsets and instructional practices. Grounded in a structured learning cycle (Identify → Ideate → Iterate → Reflect → Refine), the experience emphasizes practical classroom application, shared language development, and systems-level implementation. Supported by ongoing virtual coaching and a suite of ready-to-use resources, this partnership is designed to position AISJ to launch a sustainable, mission-aligned program that builds student agency, innovation, and real-world problem-solving.
