Every school has its own story, its own strengths, and its own aspirations. My work as a consultant grows out of a deep respect for that uniqueness and a belief that meaningful growth happens when schools are given the space, support, and shared experience to reflect, connect, and move forward together.
Through Garrenteed Learning, I partner with schools to support leadership development, strengthen connection and culture, and cultivate entrepreneurial learning. This work is grounded in experience, shaped through collaboration, and designed to reflect the goals and context of each school community.
My approach is active, engaging, and reflective. Participants are not simply asked to listen, but to experience, to collaborate, and to think together. These experiences are meaningful, energizing, and often fun, while also focused on strengthening the practices and relationships that allow schools to thrive.

Fostering Connection
Strong schools are built on strong relationships. I work with schools to create opportunities for connection that help students and educators feel known, valued, and supported.
This work helps cultivate the sense of belonging and trust that allows communities to grow.
Leadership and Team Building
Leadership is a practice that develops through experience and reflection. I offer hands-on leadership and team building workshops for faculty, leadership teams, and students that strengthen trust, communication, and shared responsibility.
These experiences help schools build aligned leadership cultures where individuals feel empowered to contribute.
Entrepreneurial Learning
Entrepreneurial learning helps students develop initiative, creativity, and a sense of purpose. I partner with schools to explore how entrepreneurial thinking can become part of their culture and programs, helping students see themselves as creators and contributors.
Flexible Partnership Options
Every school’s needs are different. Consulting engagements can take many forms, including:
- Workshops as short as 60–90 minutes
- Half-day and full-day professional learning
- Multi-day site visits
- Ongoing consulting partnerships
Some schools begin with a single workshop. Others engage in longer-term partnerships focused on leadership development or program design.
Each experience is developed collaboratively to ensure it aligns with your school’s goals and priorities.
